B2 Security Group Limited Ltd offers equal opportunity to Ugandans that can meet the standards and qualifications required by the Company. Retired Ex-servicemen from the army, police and prisons (veterans) with clean records are given priority. The selection is carried out by a board comprising of management, police, and vetting by other relevant security organizations.
Every applicant is assessed, screened, finger printed and back ground check is carried out to ensure that nobody with a criminal record gets into our forces.
Successful candidates go through and intensive training course that covers security and public relations under the tutorage of experienced and qualified instructors. Those that pass thorough thirty day course are taken for further training that is carried out by police and army to learn law for 10 days.
The successful recruits are then given opportunity of joining B2 Security Group Limited Ltd as security officers. Each guard is issued with a company number, certificate and identity card.
